If a webpage is disfigured glitchy of wont load all of the page the best thing to do is to switch browsers and try again. This works because certain browsers can be quite buggy. For Example on Google Chrome (my prefered browser) my webpage is chopped of at the top and wont display the full page but when i tried it on safari it works fine :)
