If you have read my last blog on this you will no it does not work anymore with firmware 4.3.3 or below which is very out of date now. So what to do now here are a few solutions:
1. Go into settings and scroll down to the place where Cydia packages are and go into them and see if any ware there are any links that could get you back into Cydia.
2. Press the home and sleep buttons at the same time and holding them for a few seconds (this will Restart your spring Board).
3. If you have IFile, Its Easy just go to my website on your phone and click: http://apt.saurik.com/debs/cydia_1.1.6_iphoneos-arm.deb Download and install the popup with IFile
4. If you have sb settings go into sb settings and click more. Then select dock settings and find Cydia and turn it on so it appears when you click dock in sb settings.
5. Restore or Update.. (WARNING: IOS 6.1.3 is not untheathered)
If you get back into Cydia you can re-add the source as shown in the picture.

I've gone into my settings, but nothing from cydia comes up. I have re booted it , over and over again . I used redsn0w to get the jailbreak as well.

Tried to install for iPad using iFile. Didn't work...

try downloading it on your computer an use an app like ifun box to put it into the correct place on your iphone so it looks like the file needs to be in /usr/bin/dpkg -i "
