“/Library/StartupItems/rEFItBlesser” has not been started because it does not have the proper security settings. So you may have got this error message maybe your using Snow leopard well there is a very easy fix for this. First uninstall rEFIt if you dont no how to do that click here. Then all you need to do is click on the black apple logo in the top left corner and click on software update. Then download all of the updates and restart your machine when prompted. Then reinstall rEFIt and you should be fine!
