Ok so for this way all you need to is these simple steps:

1. Go to your Desktop and once there right click and select New then Create Shortcut.

2. Enter (or Copy and Paste) this into the location box: %windir%\explorer.exeshell:::{2559a1f8-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0

3. Click next and name it Start Screen. Now when you double click it it display all your apps.

4. Now you want to change the icon to an icon similar to the one above .

5. Drag it to your Task Bar and thats it!
