To run windows apps and games on your Mac we are going to be using a program called Wine. We will also need an App called X11 now on Lion, Mountain Lion and Mavericks X11 does not come pre installed and you will need to download it here.
Next you will need the app Wine. You can download that from here.
Once that is downloaded and installed you should be able to run many Windows Apps and Games however this by no means works with every app and there is another app called CrossOver witch is also good and i recommend trying out as well. But to actually fun the the Windows File right click on it and open it with wine in the Open with menu.
CrossOver is payed but is your responsibility if you download an illegal copy.
